Residential Addition and Landscape Design
A 300sqft extension to an existing 1940s Los Angeles residence that creates a new modern work space for GB/LA. The project worked with a tight budget to design a bright, high volume creative studio space, washroom, storage and landscape design for the courtyard garden. A key feature of the design was the large ‘shop front’ type window wall and the surrounding multi-colored stained cedar siding portal. Construction completed in 2016.
