Part of a larger master plan, the 3 sites include renovation and adaption of existing buildings, with the addition of new retail, dining, events, entertainment, and hotel facilities. The sites integrate the theme park rides, theaters and plazas in a 1km stretch creating a unique resort destination focused on chocolate, family and education
