A 1,300sqft private house on a 40acre lot overlooking the Cochise Stronghold, Coronado NF. The site comprises a Steel Quonset Hut for storage, a guest house and the main house. Constructed with ICF walls, an inverted standing seam metal roof and full height glazing that opens the house towards the Eastern mountain views and morning sun. The stucco walls extend into the landscape to enclose a series of external courts and anchor the building to the site. The house highly insulated and is fully off grid; with rain water catchment, solar power and a septic tank.
