Master Plan for a new commercial destination for West Cairo. Situated on the Cairo Alexandria Highway the project provides retail, outlets, F&B, hotel, conference center and residential mixed use. Its low rise arrangement is broken down into a series of districts that create variety of use and drive people through the project. Phase 1 (12,180sqm) is currently under construction.
