120,110sqm Retail, Service Apartment and Hotel Development as part of a wider masterplan for a new town for Ningbo that will represent new industries and a new lifestyle for the region.
The site combines retail streets with waterfront dining and boardwalk, three towers including a super high-rise of 150m with sky lobby and premium hotel. The project reflects the nautical heritage of Ningbo with its historic trading ties. The towers are shaped by both the historic shape of sails and the new technologies of the America’s cup racing. The centerpiece of the project is the elevated pearl shaped ballroom for the hotel which creates an Icon for the central Marina place that links the other master plan elements
