Design Principal (GB) in conjunction with UV Architecture, façade developments for a 38,728sqm retail project. The design adopts a futuristic façade of metal louvers that wraps the building creating a low-rise horizontal icon amongst the vertical city. A roof top City Park forms a vertical destination, linked through the retail mall to the integrated bus terminus and Metro stations
