Design Architect, inception to completion.
This single family residence was conceived as a contemporary structure on the shores of Lake Washington, the unique form was developed with advanced 3D modeling and realized in steel and glass. The modern interiors provide a comfortable backdrop for everyday family life, while the points of intersection between the dramatic interior and exterior boldly frame views out across the lake and Mt. Rainier beyond.
GB Design’s scope for the building and interiors ran from Initial Concept through to Construction Documents. GB Design also developed the conceptual landscape layout which is key to integrating the natural form of the building with the beautiful Pacific Northwest landscape of the site.
